01Who we are

This website is operated by MK Commerce FZ-LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). Phasebound AI is a brand of MK Commerce FZ-LLC. For the purposes of data protection law, MK Commerce FZ-LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

Registered address: [Registered office address, United Arab Emirates]
Contact e-mail: phaseboundai@gmail.com

02Scope of this policy

This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, including our contact form, discovery-call booking and messages you send us. It does not cover the data we may process on behalf of clients inside systems we build for them; that processing is governed by the agreement with each client.

03Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form or request a discovery call, we collect the details you enter:

  • full name, company name, business e-mail address and phone number;
  • the service you're interested in, your market, timeline and project description;
  • your confirmation that you have read this policy.

If you book a call through an online scheduler, message us on WhatsApp or e-mail us directly, we receive the information you provide through that channel (for example your name, contact details, chosen time slot and the content of your messages).

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages requested and the date and time of the request. The contact form also records when the form was started, to help us filter automated spam.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website. Please don't include it in your messages.

04How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your inquiry and arrange and hold discovery calls;
  • prepare proposals and communicate with you about a potential or ongoing project;
  • keep a record of our business communications;
  • operate, secure and improve the website, including preventing spam and abuse;
  • comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the details you submit for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

06Cookies and similar technologies

This website currently uses only cookies and similar storage that are strictly necessary for it to work and stay secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

If an embedded scheduler is shown on the contact page, the scheduling provider may set its own cookies when you interact with it; its privacy notice applies to that use. If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

07Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, acting on our instructions:

  • Hosting: Vercel Inc., which hosts and delivers this website;
  • E-mail delivery: the provider we use to deliver contact-form submissions to our inbox;
  • CRM and automation tools, if configured, used to organise inquiries and follow-ups;
  • Scheduling, if configured, used to book discovery calls;
  • Messaging: WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us that way.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, or where required by law, court order or a competent authority, or in connection with a reorganisation or sale of our business. You can ask us for the current list of providers at any time.

08International transfers

We work with clients in the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, and some of our service providers process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. When personal information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected, for example by using providers with contractual data-protection commitments, and we follow the transfer requirements of the laws that apply to that data.

09How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above:

  • inquiries that don't lead to a project are typically deleted or anonymised within 24 months of our last contact;
  • information relating to clients and projects is kept for the duration of the relationship and as long afterwards as required for legal, tax or accounting purposes;
  • technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period according to its own retention settings.

10Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to the people who need it and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us straight away.

11Your rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and U.S. state privacy laws, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent;
  • receive your information in a portable format, where applicable;
  • not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To make a request, e-mail phaseboundai@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will reply within the time required by the applicable law. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.

12Marketing messages

We only send marketing messages where the law allows it, and every message will include a simple way to opt out. Replying to your inquiry or sending you a proposal you asked for is not marketing.

13Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

14Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add a new service provider. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
